My husband is German and his vaccine book lists his blood type (Blutformel) as OD. Is this equal to O+ or O-?

Generally in Germany when the blood type and RH factor is noted a short version can be capital D for RH positive and lower case d for RH negative...

So if the vaccine book says 0D it should mean his bloodtype is 0 with RH positive.

But to be a 100% sure and if that's the only thing you got to base his blood type on I would send him to the doc and get it actually figured out.
