I had to do an experiment where i matched up female "chromosomes" to make DNA. All of the chromosomes had their correct pairs, except there was only one X chromosome. What does it mean, and what genetic disease does this female have? Thank you for all answers!

Female have two X chromosomes one that they inherit from their mother and one from their father. In this case there is a missing X chromosome, this can lead to a number of disorders such as Turner's syndrome.
