Rob Mathis is the marketing manager of a large bridal gown business based in the northeast. He had heard of a buzzword called relationship marketing in the 1990s; however, he did not know much more. Rob had a dream and the resources to build and grow his business. For many years, business to him was transaction-oriented and nothing more. As the business was diversifying into related (financial products and services) and unrelated (insurance) businesses, it was time for him to learn the art of relationship marketing.
