Stimulation of beta-1 repectors on cardiac muscle by epinephrine is a sympathetic nervous system (SNS) action. It will result in a positive chronotropic and inotropic effect, therefore increases cardiac conduction velocity and automaticity. This will result in increased cardiac output. Since this is s result of the SNS, bronchiolar smooth muscle cells will relax (dilate) to allow a greater volume of air to respire.

All of these are easily remembered if you put yourself in a situation where a tiger jumps in front of you. You need to fight (unlikely) or run like hell, and you can't run like hell if your bronchioles are constricted and your heart won't pump blood fast enough to keep up with your muscle metabolism.
