Since fat cells have a lot of fatty acids, fatty acids must be activated in the cytoplasm before being oxidized in the mitochondria. So I am guessing they would have plenty of mitochondria to break down the fat into energy.

B-cells is hard to tell because essentially they are antigen presenting cells that produce a lot of antibodies using ribosomes and also kill a lot of pathogens using lysosomes.

For the kidney cell, I would say mitochondria because your need a lot of energy in this region to actively transport minerals. Similarly, kidney cells play a major role in balancing out minerals, so it has plenty of ions, specifically calcium ions stored in the endoplasmic reticulum. Since I am guessing you're in high school, just stick with mitochondria and you can defend your answer using this rationale.
