If the compression and cylinder leakdown tests results are within specifications, the next diagnostic step would be to check the fuel injectors and ignition system. A misfire can be caused by a faulty fuel injector or a weak spark from the ignition system.

Here are some steps you can take to diagnose the issue:

Check the fuel injectors: Use a noid light or oscilloscope to check the fuel injector pulse width and voltage. If the fuel injector is not receiving a signal or is not functioning properly, it may need to be replaced.

Check the ignition system: Check the spark plugs, ignition coils, and spark plug wires for damage or wear. Use a spark tester to check for spark at the spark plug. If there is no spark, the ignition system may need to be repaired or replaced.
It is recommended that you take your vehicle to a qualified mechanic for diagnosis and repair. They will be able to provide a more accurate assessment of the issue and recommend the appropriate course of action.

I hope this helps!
