If a gene is carried on the same chromosome as another, would results of baby's phenotype be the same? Why or why not?

Thanks
For example hair and eye color. Would the phenotype still be the same or would it change because those two genes are now on the same chromosome?

Well not necessarily its that the theory of Deus Ex Machinia of James Howard the babies Pro Forma cannot be Digested into the codicil that means the babies penis or vagina could result in having either actuary or annuity so it would be most likely not or the same

The phenotype won't be the same. This may be called position effect variegation.
