i have a project due monday on the vacuole in biology class and i have to make it 3 feet at the most and i have 2 make either the vacuole for the plant or the vacuole for the animal cell. any people REALLY good in biology out there that can give me some ideas on using to create an easy large scale model of it with out getting too expensive and not so heavy either. im in sophomore biology.

A vacuole could easily be represented by a clear or slightly opaque plastic bag.  It would have to be filled with something (maybe like foam packing bead) to represent the cell sap it contains.  Then add in various colored object to represent small molecules and other compounds hidden away in there.

I'd use foam packing materials and a garbage bag, but whatever you do, make sure you know what you're talking about, and you'll do fine.
