If the density of the fluid is 1.025 grams per cubic centimeter, how deeply is the object submerged in the fluid in units of meters?

"atmosphere" has two meanings, there is a "standard" atmosphere which is 1.01325 bar (14.6959 psi), and then there is the "metric" atmosphere which is 0.980665 bar (14.2233 psi).

You do not specify which unit we are discussing. Presuming a "metric" atmosphere since all your other units are metric, that equals 1 kg/cm2 which at 3 atmospheres would be 3kg/cm2. 3000/1.025=2926.83cm of depth (approximately) or, 29.27meters (approximately)
