molarity= 10^ -ph
therefore 10^-3.25= 5.6 xx 10^-4 mol/dm3

HNO3 is a strong acid and is 100% ionized in water-

HNO3 + H2O Rightwards Arrow H3O^+1 + NO3^-1
pH = -log[H3O+] = 3.25
[H3O+] = 10^-3.25 = 5.62x10^-4 mol/liter
The concentration of the HNO3 solution was 5.62x10^-4 M
