The least condensed form of eukaryotic chromatin would most accurately be described as:

1. naked DNA.
2. a 300 nm fiber.
3. beads on a string.
4. a 2 nm fiber.
5. a mitotic chromosome.

I am so confused between the 1st option and the 4th option

Never heard of (1) or (4) because the least condensed is a 10 nm fibre that contains DNA within histone proteins forming a nucleosome.

Yep, it's 3. DNA wraps around histone proteins forming nucleosomes - the "beads on a string" structure.
