2. The 30nm fiber is the form DNA is found in during transcription.
3. Heterochromatin is only found at the periphery of the nucleus.
4. The telomeric region of a linear chromosome is important for the accurate replication of the ends of chromosomes.
5. Euchromatin is separated during mitosis.

1. Chromosomes are replicated during M phase. Happens during the S phase.
2. The 30nm fiber is the form DNA is found in during transcription.
3. Heterochromatin is only found at the periphery of the nucleus.
4. The telomeric region of a linear chromosome is important for the accurate replication of the ends of chromosomes.
5. Euchromatin is separated during mitosis.

Chromatin is the DNA inside of the nucleolus of the nucleus of a cell. Yeah! So anyway, my answer is 30nm.
