Somehow I missed the whole factoring thing when switching between high school, and trigonometry doesn't make it easier.
The problem is 2 sin^2 x + sin x = 1. Between interval [0,2?) but that I can figure out.

pretend sin^2x is a variable, such as simply x^2, and sinx is x. Now go ahead and factor, then replace all the x^2's and x's at the end with what you set them to be at the beginning.
