Here is the chemical equation:

barium acetate and potassium phosphate->

I need help with writing out the formulas and reactants and products and predict the names of the products. I also don't get how to write the ionic net reaction for the equation above.

Usually the ions just switch place.
barium phosphate and potassium acetate.

You need to check solubility tables to see which is insoluble.  I am guessing barium phosphate.  So all other ions will stay in solution and can be ignored.  Net ionic refers to the ions which actually do something rather than stay in solution, like precipitate out or release as gas bubbles.
Ba(CH3COO-)2 + K3PO4 Rightwards Arrow KCH3COO + Ba3(PO4)2

3Ba+2(aq) +  2PO4-3(aq) Rightwards Arrow Ba3(PO4)2(s) would be net ionic

assuming I am correct with my guess as to which is insoluble.
