Me and my groupmates are working on a research proposal. The topic must revolve around fermentation. The question is how do I ferment something? I was thinking of turning Jackfruit Jam into wine or an ointment, depending on the results. I searched the internet but all I find is how to ferment wine, not jam.

I'm looking for detailed l a step by step guide or a link to a relevant website.
