I have a circuit that has one resistor and a LED and I want to be able to add and remove other LEDs from the circuit at whim and not have the LEDs dim out too much. Is there any way to do this?

Your question makes no sense at all !
If you want to add more LED, you need to add one resistor for each LED. Then all the LEDs will have the same brightness. Buy the same size LED and the same resistor, join them in parallel to the existed LED circuit.

Sure, just add other LEDs each with it's own resistor, and put the new resistor and LED in parallel with the other one.  But the current from the battery or supply will increase, you can't get something for nothing

You can keep doing this until the battery or supply runs out of current.

If the circuit is more complicated than this, email me.
