What is the line-item veto?
A) The ability to veto elements of the state constitution when a governor no longer feels that they are relevant.
B) The power to change the state constitution, something governors have but the president does not.
C) The ability to veto only certain parts of a bill while allowing the rest of it to pass into law.
D) The ability to veto any bill without worrying about it being overruled.
E) The president's power to veto elements of any billa power that governors do not have.
