I have this application for class and a mid term slammed anybody please help! Thanks in advance

Situation:
You need to step up on a stool to reach an object above your head on a high shelf.

Instructions:
1) Trace the anatomical pathway of the neural signal that must be sent from the primary motor area of the brain to the appropriate muscles in order to take one step onto the stool. Then indicate which muscles are involved and the specific action of each.

2) Trace the anatomical pathway of the neural signal that must be sent from the primary motor area of the brain to the appropriate muscles in order to extend your arm toward the object. Then indicate which muscles are involved and the specific action of each.

3) Describe the process of excitation-contraction coupling, beginning with the arrival of a signal at the synaptic bulb and ending with the molecular details of myofibril contraction.
