If you get the pollen from an Easter Lily and place it on an Azalea's Stigma, would a Hybrid be made?

No , not possible .

There is a wide difference between them .

The first is a monocot and the second is a dicot .

for success they must be compatible  ( Must belong to two different species of the same genus and rarely two different but closely related genera )

In the present case it is like crossing a camel with a crocodile .
Will not work out and that is definite !
