I was researching about particle accelerators and I just recently found out that t.vs use this, so I wanna know how this technology help project images from signals that are sent to the t.v

TVs don't use particle accelerators per se.  The older ones use a cathode ray tube to direct electrons to the screen at different frequencies for the 3 colors that comprise a TV screen, red, green, and blue.  The up to date televisions use a liquid crystal diode (LCD) or plasma screens.  None are actual particle accelerators.

Particle accelerators are used in particle physics and/or theoretical physics research and are many times larger than a television set.  There's one in Switzerland called LHC (Large Hadron Collider).  Particle accelerators are basically mile-wide tubes with magnetic rings in them to direct the particles through the accelerator at near the speed of light.
