A patient on a Transforming Care at the Bedside unit does not like an assigned room and wants to be able to look out the window to see the weather outside. Which action would the nurse take to support patient-centered care?
1. Tell the charge nurse that the patient wants a different room.
2. Explain to the patient that no additional rooms are available at this time.
3. Describe the current weather and suggest that the patient focus on getting well.
4. Work with the admitting department to find the patient a room with a window view.
