I would like to see some changes made to the reputation point system. This is to make sure they are legitimate and to reinforce the integrity of the system and member receiving them.

I propose something along the lines of the following:

1) You have to be registered at least one week or some amount of time before you can leave any reputation.

2) You have to have X amount of posts before you can leave reputation.

3) You can only give someone a repeat reputation once every 30 days instead of the previous 72 hrs.

Thank you, Maxxie. I am looking to get this implemented via a similar algorithm that I'll only share with the moderators.
