I have recently been using Microsoft Excel to create Linear Graphs (using the formula y = mx + c).
I would like to now create a graph featuring a Quadratic. I want it to be set up so that if I change the cell which holds the M or C values, the graph will change accordingly.

I would like to know if this is possible? I have done it for Linear graphs but am confused with Quadratic Graphs on Excel.

It should be the same setup as the linear graph.  You will have  a column for X values and a column for Y values, just as before.  Except in this case, in the cells for Y will hold the quadratic equation a*x^2+b*x+c, where a,b,c are constants.
