It would be C - a disaccharide.  Sucrose -A - is an example of a disaccharides formed by combining a molecule of glucose and a molecule of fructose.  Combine 2 molecules of glucose and you get a molecult of maltose and water.  Combine a molecule of glucose and galactose and you get a molecule of lactose and water.  Polysaccharides are long chains of mono or disaccharides bonded together (poly=many)
