glycolipids/proteins have many functions some of which are not listed in your question such as cell recognition by immune components. however glycoproteins are known to attach to the cytoskeleton  however i am certain glycolipids are only found outside the cell. there might be an error in the question as all the other questions are false.

so C. is partially correct and partially incorrect. but since it is the only plausible answer it is perhaps right by default. but im 100% sure glcolipids are only found outside the cell.
