To get rid of the dirt in our ears.
Our bodies are like machines that were created by something/one.
It like protects itself.
Its like why we blink ,to get rid of the dirt in our eyes ,and why that yellow stuff builds up in our eyes

Ear wax comes from modified sweat glands called ceruminous glands. It serves much the same purpose as sweat: antimicrobial agent. It also protects the eardrum from overstimulation, which leads to loss of hearing. That's why ear candles and Q tips aren't necessarily good for you...you need that stuff!
