A) acts more quickly than the myogenetic mechanism.
B) depends upon feedback from macula densa to the glomerulus.
C) is based on the response of cells in the macula densa to levels of Ca+2 and HCO3-.
D) uses ADH to adjust the diameter of the afferent arteriole.
E) adjusts GFR more effectively in response to low blood pressure tha to high blood pressure.
The correct answer is B. Explain why A, C, D and E are in correct.
Please help me to solve this question.

A is wrong because the myogenic mechanism depends on stretch receptors located on the afferent arteriole and the tubuloglomerular mechanism depends on Na reaching the macula densa located in the thick ascending limb. Just by location alone.... blood first enters the afferent arteriole which is where the receptors for the myogenic reflex are located and therefore is faster than waiting till the tubular fluid reaches the thick ascending limb.

C is wrong because Tubuloglomerular feedback responds to Na mostly
D is wrong because it uses local paracrine vasoconstrictors when it gets stretched...not ADH
E is wrong because its basically equally effective in response to both high and low blood pressure.
