NaOH + HNO3 = NaNO3 + H2O

moles of HNO3 = .75 x 50 / 1000 = .0.0375  = moles of NaOH from the equation
volume of NaOH with these moles = number of moles / molarity
= .0.0375 / .1 =.375 / .1  liters or 375 mL
