Write balanced equations showing how the hydrogen oxalate ion, HC2O42-, can be both a Bronsted acid and a Bronsted base.  You can react it with water in these equations.  The charges on each side of the yield should be equal.


Please explain how to do this--I'm horrible at Chemistry =/  Thanks!
