How do yeast cells aid in the production of bread?
I need to have all the steps in detail, including the names of ALL the enzymes involved
but I can't find any good sites for it, if anyone knows of any good sites or just knows all
the steps, that would be a great help!
Thanks so much, I really appreciate it Slight Smile
i somehow have to make a mind map or something, so i really need help with detailed steps
thanks again!

You need to look up glycolysis or alcohol fermentation.
Because that's what it is.
Converting sucrose to glucose and fructose, and then to pyruvic acid,
and then to ethyl alcohol.
That last reaction:
pyruvic acid + NAD Rightwards Arrow ethyl alcohol + NADH2 + CO2
is catalyzed by alcohol dehydrogenase.
