So if there were wild flies from 2011 that were left to breed for one year with no new flies introduced into the population. And if there is wild flies from 2010 which were left to breed for two years with no individuals introduced into the population. So my question is were the flies of 2010 and/ or of 2011 at equilibrium? Why or why not??? Then please explain in detail, in general, would the allele frequencies change or would the proportion of homozygotes to heterozygotes change due to inbreeding???
