I went go get blood drawn/tested today and they finally found a small vein after searching, but the got only 1 vial of blood before the flow completely stopped. She moved it around in my vein to bring back the flow but nothing came out. A second doctor restuck me and moved the needle around to try and get a flow, but nothing. I have always had very poor blood floor when getting blood drawn, but its never NOT come out. I drank 2 glasses of milk and a bottle of apple juice prior to the test. Could a heart murmur found today cause this? Or something else?

No, a heart murmer would have nothing to do with that.
Most likely you were dehydrated; I *know* you said you drank fluids prior to the test, but that doesn't mean that they were entirely absorbed and circulating in your system, and adequate!
It's also possible you were cold?

No, a murmur has no impact on this.  Some people just have cruddy tiny veins, and some people are not good phlebotomists as well.
