The equations given above are right. The way I like to calculate it (mathematically the same as the others) is the following.

Take the pulse pressure (systolic - diastolic) and divide by 3.
Add that number to diastolic and you get the MAP.
So, with your example, 135-75 = 60. 60/3 = 20
20 + 75 (your diastolic) = 95

Keep in mind that all these calculations are only rough estimates, and may change depending on the heart rate, etc.
