For my chem lab I need to prepare an acetate buffer of pH=4.3 with a total concentration of 0.05 M buffer from 0.1M aqueous CH3CO2H (acetic acid), sodium acetate (NaCH3CO2), and distilled water. The pKa for acetic acid was given as 4.74. I know I have to use the Henderson-Hasselbalch equation but I'm clueless how to use it to find the buffer ratio. Any help is appreciated!
