BP O2  = -182.95 °C,?

BP O3 = -112 °C

gasses in air are separated by cooling , liquification and distillation .. this is how Argon is produced

given the wide difference in the boiling points of O2 and O3 a mixture could be cooled and liquified.

allowing the temperature to rise the O2 will boil off first and the O3 will be left .

You have one answer, liquid ozone is liquid at a temperature where oxygen is a gas.

Additionally, there are zeolites that can be used in temperature swing absorption, to bond to ozone over oxygen.  I think silica, but you should check the patents.

Liquid ozone has a half-life of about a week.

Ozone concentrations in excess of 10 wt% can deflagrate back to oxygen, with a flame speed of about 2 m/sec.  As liquid ozone boils off, the headspace is 100% ozone, so the tiniest spark will trigger something you don't want.
