SO2 (g) + Cl2 (g) ------------> SO2 Cl2 (g) (reversible reaction)

 This reaction occurs in a closed vessel of a fixed volume.If I halve the volume of the vessel using a plunger, the pressure will be doubled instantly . What about the concentrations of both SO2 & Cl2 , will both concentrations be doubled as well (considering volume decreases) ?

 Thanks

The concentration will remain the same and not double.
