1-. Your learning theory
     1.1 How would you describe your learning theory? ( please be specific and discuss in terms of theoretical perspectives)
     1.2 How does learning occur in your theory? That is, what is the role of the teacher/coach/counselor and learner? ( please be specific and use relevant terms)


2-  Applications of your learning theory: How will you apply your learning theory in terms of specific teaching methods, skills, or practice?
•   What are the specific applications of your learning theory in terms of theoretical concepts, strategies, methods, and procedures? ( please discuss at least 3 specific concepts and/or applications)



Well I answered those questions already but the teacher said I'm wrong so here are my answers for those questions. If you feel bored to read my answer you just may answer the questions above.

1- learning theory

1.1 Learning theory is a model of psychology that explains human responses
through the concept of learning. That is mean; learner should know how you
learn best and adapt the study strategies that work best for you to learn and
getting knowledge. Learning theory also includes behaviorism, cognitive theory,
cognitive-behavioral theory, constructivism, and memory of learner. Also the
general theoretical approaches to the study of learning are important keys to uses
such as social cognitive theory which focused largely on the way in which people
learn from observing one other, information processing theory which focusing on
memory by observation of how people execute various task and behave in various
situations. Those variables are the elements of individual which involves a process
of actively constructing to learn. However, motivation and effect of learners
about themselves and classroom subject matter are from their thought, beliefs,
feeling, and emotion which can affect their motive and their cognitive process.

1.2 Learning is occurring in my theory by the imagination and creativity which
students use to create their graphic projects. Students in my class are from
differences base of knowledge and also differences abilities, but my lesson are
not limit in theory. So, students can utilize personal experiences, imagination,
and direct observation as inspiration for produces the projects. Graphic design
theories are the information process which students can use that knowledge to
be platform for adapt to each activity. After students learned the theory in each
unit, I usually provide an activity such as create design work. I always provide
the direction for each activity but students must set objectives, goals, and form
of their work. This part is encoding, in which learner change or adds to incoming
information (theory) in some way in order to remember more easily by do an
activity. As the teacher, my role is creating the quality lesson plans which include
the way to improve students’ cognitive skill. I also recommend the students to
successful in lesson. Some students who need help such as disabilities; I must pay
more attention and help them to success in the lesson. The classroom problems
are important for the role of teacher such as how to control students in class,
how to include technology material in classroom, and so on. These problems are
important which I have to manage for learning quality.

2- My specific applications of learning theory are practice that in terms of
Information processing theory, Constructivism, and Cooperative learning.

Information processing theorists in my lesson concern students with what’s
they learn. The lesson or theory that students learn are the information which
they must remembering for apply to use in tasks and behave in various situation.
The graphic design theory which I teach is about graphic program. In the
program has a differences complex function tools which students must learn
about information and remember the working process. If they can remember
the function of each tool, they will know how to apply it. As the teacher, I must
provide this information for them and help them to perceive and interpret that
information. I also make students individually accountable for their achievement
in each unit.

Constructivism is the second concept which I include in every activity. In each
activities project, I provide students to create design work from their observation
and experiences with a particular topic. The graphic design work must be creative
and imagination which students gain from their experiences and adapt it to
particular project. I also ongoing connections to prior knowledge help students
learn classroom material more meaningfully, provide that student's existing
understanding and beliefs are accurate by freedom using other function in the
program which I will teach in next step.

Cooperative learning

In my lesson plan have 3 graphic design projects which students must work
together. Groups of students are from the same goals and work objective of
members. For example, students who are interesting to create magazine are
working together, or students who are interesting in animals might cooperate
to create a wild life book. From the groups project I always provide the direction
which specify each member must searching the difference information but in
same particular topic and assemble the difference information, characters and
situation of members to be a project work. Follow this way, students will gain
knowledge from their research and also they can share the information to each
other. As well as the assessment, I have two of assessment plans: Individual and
group. So, every students must cooperate for create a perfect design work by
every members are being a part of the activity. I think cooperative learning is a good approach for big activities, but does not appropriate with some activities such as the activity which has objective about
individual practice. For example, practice class after finish the unit (Toolbar) of
program theory learning. This practice class should have an individual activity
not cooperative because the students could practice and remember the working
process of program by them. Sometime I have a peer tutoring which students are
tutoring with their friends. These part students can choose the unit which they
want to teach their friends, but they must understand perfectly and professionally
in practice.
