A few summers ago, I worked as a security personnel at a software developing firm. One problem we would regularly face involved parking. Visitors would park in vacant, employee-designated spaces. To resolve this situation, I suggested we get parking stickers that would placed on the windshield containing the name and designation of the employee. With this, the parking problem of the company got resolved, as we were able to quickly identify and tag which cars didn't belong in the office premises. As a result, I was appreciated by the staff, and they rewarded me with a bonus for resolving this serious issue.
