i have no idea how to do these 2 questions.
can you please explain step by step, thanks

A(g)+2B ←→ C(g)
the initial concentrations are [A] = [ B ] = [C] = 0.100 atm. Once equilibrium has been established, it is found that [C] =0.040 atm. What is ∆G for this reaction at 25C?

What is the pH of a 0.125 M solution of the weak base B if ∆H= -28.0 kJ and ∆S =-175 J/K for the following equilibrium reaction at 25C?

Ba(aq)=H2O(l)←-> BH(aq)+OH(aq)

                    A(g)  +  2B ←→ C(g)
Initial             .1         .1          .1
Change         +x         +2x        -x
Equilibrium    .1+x     .1+2x      .1-x

and we know [C] at eq  = .04  therefore    .1-x = .04   ==> x = .06

[A] = .1+.06 = .16       [B ] = .1+2(.06) = .22

K = (.04)/(.16 * .22^2) = 5.165

G = -RT *ln(Keq)
G = -8.314 * (25+273) * ln(5.165) = -4067.94 J or -4.06794 KJ

Hope this helps,
