Suppose I want something changed about me genetically - Lets say I want to only have to sleep for 4 hours per night, if I want to be taller, maybe I want to get rid of my receeding hairline.

Obviously the technology is there so shouldn't anyone with money be able to get such changes? It's our bodies, and it would be fuel for the economy. What are people waiting for? This is legal, isn't it?

It should be legal within limits, I can understand being denied the request to be some type of superhuman because then you'd be dangerous.
