B) In today's business climate, it is almost impossible to succeed without taking enormous chances. This causes leaders to be risk-takers.
C) Employees want a real person with whom they can connect, not merely someone who is trying to be agreeable. In being genuine, leaders must be themselves and risk feeling awkward or being rejected by their employees.
