A projectile is fired with an initial velocity of 39 m/s at 30o above horizontal.What is the velocity of the projectile at its highest point? Please help!

The velocity of anything at its highest point ONLY has Vx. There is no Vy component at the highest point.
So since you have 39 m/s given as your initial V, you simply do 39cos(30) to get Vx, which is 33.77 m/s
and that's your answer.
