What formula could you use to find the initial velocity and final velocity when they are not given. I have the acceleration, time, average velocity, and displacement.

Use x = x0 + v0t + ½at²; rearrange it to give v0 = (x - x0 - ½at²)/t.

Average velocity = (v0 + vf)/2 = at (assuming constant acceleration),
so 2at = v0 + vf,
so vf = 2at - v0
= 2at - (x - x0 - ½at²)/t.
