I am doing a chemistry lab with different strengths of acids (weak/strong) using Hydrochloric acid and Ethanoic acid. I was wondering how do you change the concentrations? I know that my teacher will give us maybe a solution with 5 molarity of Hydrochloric acid and i was wondering how you change the concentration... i know you would dilute it but there is some mathermatical procedure i am confused on.. i think the formula is M1V1=M2V2.. thank you please someone help:)
