$6.02 x 1023 / $1 billion per second =

$6.02 x 1023 / $1 x 109 per second = 6.02 x 1014 seconds required to spend all of the money

Determine the total number of seconds in one year.
60 seconds/minutes  X  60 minutes/hours  X 24 hours/day  X  365 days/year = 31,536,000 seconds in one year.

Convert seconds into years

6.02 x 1014 seconds / 31,536,000 seconds per year = 1.91  X  107 years
