And what is the difference between independent assortment and las of segragation. I know that independent assortment refers to how alleles separate independently of one another when they are forming gametes. And so therefore, the offspring will receive traits that are independent from one another. However, the definition kind of sounds the same as the law of segragation, the only difference that I have noticed is that the law of segragation includes proportion.
