B) An agent/broker facilitates the transfer of ownership from sellers to buyers and this is what eBay does. However, agent/brokers do not take title or ownership of the products that are being traded. A retailer buys products for resale, which eBay does not do. A distribution channel is the entire set of marketing intermediaries who are buying, selling, and transferring ownership of goods. An outlet is a location where goods are sold.
