In Biosynthesis of purine nucleotides, H2O and ATP involve to form Substrates.I'm confused What role they play in Each reactions?
Plz clear my doubts in folowing questions. .
Denovo synthesis of purine:
1.Role of water in the production of 5-PRA ?
2.Role of ATP in the production of GAR ?
3.Role of ATP in the production of FGAM ? (I think ATP is utilized in the closure of Ring)
4.Role of ATP in the production ofSACAIR?
5.Role of H2O in the production of XMP?
6.Role of ATP in the production of Adenyl Succinate?
7.Role of ATP in the production of GMPfrom IMP?

Thanks For all who clear my doubt's and plz make me clear in this soon as u can
