Bacterial cells do not have a nucleas, nuclear membrane (prokaryotic)like plant and animal cell(eukaryotic).
Bacteria ;single cell organism ; plant ,animal : multicellular
Plant cells have vacuole, plasmadesmata, cell wall .Animals donot.

common char: organells(animals,plants)

Bacteria are unicellular and prokaryotes whereas animal and plant cells are eukaryotic. Prokaryotes do not have a nuclear membrane (because they do not have a nucleus) nor membrane bound organelles whereas eukaryotes have a nuclear membrane and many specialized organelles. Also, prokaryotes were around about 2 billion years before eukaryotes. Plants and Animals differ in that plants have a cell wall that provide a rigid structure, animals have a plasma membrane surrounding their cells. Plant cells have organelles that animal cells do not: plasmodesmata, chloroplasts, thylakoid membrane, plastids, etc. Also, plant cells form a cell plate while dividing and animal cells form a cleavage furrow which pinches the parent cell into daughter cells. Both prokaryote and eukaryote have DNA, RNA, cell membrane, ribosomes, require energy, and are made from the same basic chemicals. Plant and animal cells have many of the same organelles, and they both go through the same cell cycle. For more information, please visit the sources listed.
