I'm going to go with (D) because in the parasympathetic nervous system, ganglionic neurons use acetylcholine as a neurotransmitter, to stimulate muscarinic receptors. Acetylcholine is the main neurotransmitter used throughout the body.

Wait a sec, the synapse in the sympathetic ganglion uses acetylcholine as a neurotransmitter; the synapse of the post-ganglionic neuron with the target organ uses the neurotransmitter called norepinephrine
